What you'll do
- Residential and commercial service calls across Montgomery County
- Water heaters (tank, tankless, power vent), toilets, faucets, disposals and drains
- Backflow, underground sewer and water lines, septic and well work, as qualified
- Emergency and after-hours calls, when you choose to take them
- Diagnose, explain in plain English, and put the price in writing before any work starts
- Pull permits when required
What you need
- Active Maryland Master Plumber license (required)
- Experience with WSSC Water permits and inspections in Montgomery County
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and your own tools
- General liability insurance
- A smartphone to text job photos and a short completion report
- Clear, respectful communication with homeowners and business owners
