⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service from Hi-Trend Plumbers! I can't say enough good things about Hi-Trend Plumbers. They recently replaced the main water shutoff valve for my house, installed a new expansion tank on my water heater, and properly drained and refilled my sprinkler system to bring everything up to code. From the moment I contacted them, they were incredibly responsive, professional, and easy to work with. They arrived promptly, explained everything clearly, and completed the work efficiently and with great attention to detail. It's not often that you find a company that combines excellent workmanship, outstanding customer service, and fair pricing, but Hi-Trend Plumbers delivered on all three. What impressed me most was how smoothly they handled the entire job and how confident I felt that everything was done correctly. Their pricing was very reasonable, and the quality of their work exceeded my expectations. If you're looking for a reliable, honest, and highly skilled plumbing company, look no further. I highly recommend Hi-Trend Plumbers and will definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs!

We had called HiTrend Plumbers because we had a weird odor coming from our bathroom and had no idea what was causing it. They figured it out and explained to me in a way that made sense, and fixed it quickly and on schedule. They also replaced our backflow valve and were upfront about what to expect, which we really appreciated. After the valve was replaced, a minor follow-up adjustment was needed, and they came back promptly to take care of it with no hassle at all. They also shared helpful tips on how to maintain our appliances/ Water Heater and what to keep an eye on moving forward. Honest, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Our water heater broke suddenly and flooded the basement, forcing us to shut down the main water supply. We contacted HiTrend Plumbers, and they responded immediately—even though it was a weekend. Their plumber, Mr. Harold, arrived the same day, quickly identified the issue, temporarily stopped the leak, and restored the main water flow. The very next day, HiTrend installed a high-quality new water heater, completing the job efficiently within a few hours. Mr. Harold is highly experienced and handled the entire situation calmly and professionally. We truly appreciate HiTrend Plumbers’ prompt response, expertise, and reliable service. Highly recommended.

I called HiTrend Plumbers around 8pm in a panic about a leak at my rental property in Frederick. Even that late, the owner took the time to talk through the situation with me and immediately put a plan in place. By the next morning, a Master Plumber was onsite. What could have turned into a major headache ended up being a simple toilet supply line issue, and it was fixed quickly and professionally. The responsiveness, care, and follow-through really stood out. It’s rare to find a company that shows up like this when you actually need them. Highly recommend HiTrend Plumbers.

I’ve been a past customer of HiTrend Plumbers after they fixed a leak in my home, and they truly stayed connected even after the job. Sri later sent me a simple plumbing tip on how to test my water heater expansion tank. I followed the steps and was shocked to find out the expansion tank was already busted. I reached out immediately, and they came out the very next day. The replacement was done quickly and professionally. That one tip potentially saved us from expensive water damage and major stress. HiTrend Plumbers has earned my trust and is my go-to plumbing company.

I had a great experience with HiTrend Plumbers of Rockville . My sprinkler valve was long overdue for replacement, and they got a master plumber out to my house quickly. The repair was completed efficiently and professionally, and the communication throughout the entire process was excellent. They explained everything clearly, were thorough in their work, and made the whole experience easy. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for reliable, high-quality plumbing service.

We recently had our water heater expansion tank replaced by HiTrend Plumbing, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Communication was prompt and professional, scheduling was easy, and the work was completed quickly. What impressed me most was the attention to detail. Not only was the expansion tank replaced, but the installation was improved with a proper support mount and updated piping configuration. The new setup feels much more secure and professionally installed than the original builder-grade installation. It’s clear they care about doing the job right rather than simply replacing a part. The work area was left clean, the pricing was fair (despite the additional upcharge for the new fittings/tank support), and the entire process was stress-free. I highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services.

5 stars for Sri at HiTrend Plumbers. On Memorial Day, they responded incredibly quickly to a kitchen sink leak issue at my condo in DC and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Sri coordinated everything promptly and provided clear updates and referred to another DC plumber, while the plumber quickly diagnosed the source of the leak and took the time to explain the issue and the available repair options in an easy-to-understand way. Communication was excellent from start to finish, including progress reports during the repair itself. The leak was fixed efficiently, professionally, and with great attention to detail. I especially appreciated the responsiveness, transparency, and professionalism on a holiday. Tenant was pleased. Highly recommend Sri for reliable plumbing service.

From start to finish, they were professional, prompt, and transparent about pricing. They clearly explained the issue, gave me options without any pressure, and completed the job quickly and efficiently. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy who takes pride in their work, Sri is the one to call!
